Latest Therapies and Treatment Options for Sexual Dysfunction including medical review, testing and standard of care considerations.

How do your patients communicate their complaints regarding their sexual health and well being? What are they saying to you about what they want from sex? Typically people are looking for some combination of pleasure coupled with intimacy, and are energized to learn about treatment alternatives and options that can restore their confidence and pleasure they once enjoyed regarding their overall sexual health.

With today’s technology, there have been many new exciting breakthroughs in Medicine which allow for effective, life changing approaches to ED to rapidly correct and reverse Erectile Dysfunction. These modalities have evolved into the mainstay of treatment for males with sexual dysfunction (and Females, which is also part of this program) and can be used by Physicians and other health care practitioners of all specialties motivated to add this new specialty into their outpatient setting.

Here are some surprising statistics regarding sexual dysfunction and more specifically erectile dysfunction.

  • Over half of men between the ages of 40 and 70 have some level of erectile dysfunction.
  • Close to 70% of men are affected by erectile dysfunction by age 70.
  • Most causes of ED are due to physical, correctable conditions. These physical factors may be classified as vascular vs non vascular diseases.
  • At minimum, 1 out of every 10 males cannot achieve erection at all, complete ED.

Breakthroughs in Sexual Dysfunction

Sexual Dysfunction Training Description

In our Sexual Dysfunction course we will focus on and discuss the more common, treatable and correctable causes of Erectile Dysfunction. As with other programs common to the American Academy of Procedural Medicine (A.A.O.P.M), this is a complete program designed to help you rapidly integrate Sexual Dysfunction as a subspecialty into your medical practice with a thorough understanding of the evaluation process and the most effective treatment modalities that patients are searching for.

Intracavernous Pharmacotherapy (ICP) has become one of the most exciting new technologies you will learn during the Sexual Dysfunction Coursebecause of the new developments and effectiveness that has developed with this treatment. The A.A.O.P.M, through our cooperation with a national compounding pharmacy and other specialists in the field will teach you the proprietary formulation that delivers this effective treatment. You will learn a unique approach to this method that has successfully and safely treated thousands of patients. Providing this treatment for your patients creates a generous new income stream for your practice and serves to provide better overall care for your patient as well.

A simple, painless injection of a combination of FDA approved vasodilators into the spongy tissue of the penis causes increased blood flow and effective erection for your patient. This erection feels perfectly normal and can be used on numerous patients, even those suffering from Diabetes, heart conditions, high blood pressure and other conditions. Over the past few years, this treatment has emerged as the single most effective new treatment available for those who have not responded to oral medications. Men prefer this treatment over other methods because of its effectiveness, safety profile, and relative simple technique to use.

With the amount of information available through the internet, Patients have become more knowledgeable in the use and effectiveness of this treatment. They are motivated to find a physician who can properly evaluate their condition and prescribe an effective treatment alternative.

Sexual Dysfunction Training- Why Treat Erectile Dysfunction?

We know that with the alarmingly high numbers of patients suffering with Sexual Dysfunction is an equally high demand for treatment and return to a pleasurable, intimate lifestyle. It is also important, however, to treat ED promptly to prevent further deterioration and disuse atrophy, which is the typical progression of this disease when treatment is not provided early on.

Why Integrate Sexual Dysfunction Treatment into my Practice?

Breakthroughs in Sexual Dysfunction

Training in Sexual Dysfunction has become extremely popular by Physicians and other health care practitioners because of the extreme demand for effective treatment and the typical revenue associated with treatment. Sexual Dysfunction is not only a common condition suffered by males and females alike, but is also an exciting new specialty for Physicians to integrate into their office setting as a result of the effective, yet non invasive new treatment options available for patients. With such a high demand for treatment and the relative shortage of knowledgeable practitioners, offering Sexual Dysfunction Treatments to your patients becomes a real option for physicians looking to add a new cash revenue center to their practice.
